14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We're confident you'll love your Mimmi Skin products and we stand behind our products 100%, but for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will honour a money back guarantee within 14 days of receiving your items. Please contact our friendly team at customercare@mimmiskin.com to organise a refund. 

Please note, Mimmi Skin does not refund original shipping, returns shipping costs, route insurance, additional import taxes & duties for international orders or stolen parcels. 

We advise that you keep your original shipping bag as this is reusable, place the items inside, seal the bag and return your product via Registered Post with insurance should your parcel be lost or stolen. Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received. 

 

Faulty Goods

We uphold high standards for the quality of our product, but in the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please get in touch at customercare@mimmiskin.com to have your refund processed.
